I wish I could give the same compliment to the front desk staff at Triad. It is a constant battle to get appointments arranged since they believe in “assigning” appointments and then notifying the customer that they need to be there at that time. Totally backwards from a customer service perspective and actually smacks of laziness on the part of the people doing this. Very poor customer relations!”
“Triad heating and air did a great job diagnosing and repairing my AC. I left a message Sunday night and they arrived Monday morning as scheduled. Technician Tracy diagnosed the problem repaired it and within around 90 minutes he was done. I highly recommend Triad Heating and Air.”
