Jeff has been a Service Technician at Triad Heating and Cooling for over 19 years. In his free time, he enjoys resting, gardening, and traveling. His favorite season is winter, and his wealth of experience is his greatest asset at work.
Jeff is motivated by his family and is a Detroit Lions fan. To him, Gold Standard Service means going above customer expectations and doing his job with excellence.

Taking care to review all aspects of the unit and making sure it was ready for the summer heat that is sure to come. “This is a great company. I use them for semi annual maintenance on my heat pump. It’s worth every cent to have Jeff come and look things over, clean it up and recommend things as he sees them. I Don’t like surprises so having it checked occasionally can save me an anfter hours call and we all know things only happen after hours. Jeff is so kind and very respectful and he really knows what he’s doing.”

“Disappointed for the second year he did not have a filter for my system as per my contract. I also had to remind you to do my yearly inspection. It was also several months late. Other than that Jeff did a good job.”

“Jeff was a very nice person, and he knew what he was doing he fixed the problem, he would also talk to you and tell you what he found and what he was going to replace, in about two or three hours we had air again. I would call them again and ask for him. Very fast respond Call them, and they will fix the problem.”
