Jeff has been a Service Technician at Triad Heating and Cooling for over 19 years. In his free time, he enjoys resting, gardening, and traveling. His favorite season is winter, and his wealth of experience is his greatest asset at work.
Jeff is motivated by his family and is a Detroit Lions fan. To him, Gold Standard Service means going above customer expectations and doing his job with excellence.

I wish I could give the same compliment to the front desk staff at Triad. It is a constant battle to get appointments arranged since they believe in “assigning” appointments and then notifying the customer that they need to be there at that time. Totally backwards from a customer service perspective and actually smacks of laziness on the part of the people doing this. Very poor customer relations!”

“Jeff did a great job. He came in checked our furnace to make sure our furnace was running good. He was nice enough to bring in 2 new filters to replace the ones we already had in there and showed me an easier way to change out filters. I’ll be using that knowledge to changing out filters from now on. He checked everything on the heat pump made sure everything was good. Checked the air differential while he was here. Over all Jeff did a good job. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a maintenance call for their air system. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars”
