“I would 10/10 recommend Tony with triad heating and cooling!! He was able to come out (same day!!) to diagnose why our heat pump was not working properly. Turns out he needed to come back the next day and our heat pump has been working perfectly since. I never spoke with Tony but I know he was very respectful and professional when communicating with my husband about fixing our problem. Thank you triad heating and cooling -and Tony!! Very satisfied customer and will call them if we ever need service again.”
