Jeff has been a Service Technician at Triad Heating and Cooling for over 19 years. In his free time, he enjoys resting, gardening, and traveling. His favorite season is winter, and his wealth of experience is his greatest asset at work.
Jeff is motivated by his family and is a Detroit Lions fan. To him, Gold Standard Service means going above customer expectations and doing his job with excellence.

“During the extreme heat wave, my AC stopped working. I contacted them after hours. Jeff showed up. I was very pleased w his professionalism, his promptness and his knowledge. He explained my problem in layman terms. The BEST thing was he actually had the PART ON HIS TRUCK! I can’t tell you how many times a service tech would show up & not have the part needed to fix a problem. Needless to say I was beyond ecstatic. Thank you Jeff for saving itme & my animals from a miserable night of heat.”
