At the height of the heat of summer our twenty year old air conditioner broke and we decided to purchase a new system. We immediately contacted the company that had been servicing our system. They evaluated our current needs, provided an estimate and delivered the news that installation could not begin for several days. We were expecting out of town guests the next day and had a newborn baby in the house; therefore, we were anxious to bring an end to the indoor tropics. To compare estimates with other companies in town and to have a new system installed sooner, we contacted Triad Heating and Cooling. Eric came out the same afternoon we called, inspected our system, and patiently answered all of our questions including available options, potential tax credits, and customer service contracts in a low pressure manner. And, Triad Heating and Cooling was able to install the system the next day. The individual costs for the new system, installation of the system, and a service contract were cheaper than the estimates we received from our previous heating and air conditioning provider. Now that our new system is installed and working, Eric has continued to contact us and make himself available for any questions or concerns we have. We are happy to recommend Triad Heating and Cooling and appreciate their service to our family.
